The secret is out! This hidden gem tucked away from the city lights has hosted local rising talent as well as billboard recording artists. Located in the aviation community of Cameron Park Airport you never know who's gonna fly in for a one-night performance. Locals enjoy weekly events such as Karaoke and line dancing while snacking on some delicious food from the kitchen. Weekend performer's like country music recording artists Jennifer Belle and local favorites MIXXED GUNNZ attract folks from all over the Sacramento Valley. On my visit, I was greeted by one of the most genuine owners I've ever met who was putting in some hard work alongside the lovely bartender. We went to the Airport Saloon to meet a potential client and discuses social media strategies, business as usual right. Wrong, from the moment we walked in the energy was on fire. Country music singer Jennifer Belle was signing on stage (that was totally unexpected) people were dancing and having fun. Drinks were accurate, fast, and very well made. I personally had a conversation with the new owner of the establishment and he is down to earth kind of guy. The employees were happy and that speaks volumes. Now, if your favorite quote is "life sucks, then you die" you probably wont like this place. Cheers! 🍺

Who would have guessed? Best corned beef we have ever had! Lacking only traditional carrots. A dive bar overlooking Cameron Park Airport next to a great Thai place. Airport Saloon!! $5 draft Guinness pints!! Corned beef today for St Pats!! Lively everybody knows everyone crowd. Many TVs. (3 sat dishes on roof.) Two pool tables. Free on most nights. Not sure when the tiny kitchen is open, but if it is, the guy in there knows what he's doing! Never seen corned beef put on the grill to crisp like that! And his white mustard sauce was exceptional. Oven baked red potatoes seasoned just right. If only he'd have added some carrots...

This is a great local saloon. They have 5 t.v.'s 8 beers on tap, and they serve breakfast on the weekends and lunch/dinner throughout the week. They make one of the best Bloody Mary's I have had! The staff is always friendly and welcoming! They have Sunday football specials, karaoke on select days, and live music as well! Two pool tables and two electronic dartboard add to the fun. They have normal drink selections as well as some "top shelf" options such as Patron and Frey Ranch for whisky. Overall, this is a great local place to stop by for a drink.
